Не стартует icecast2

нет доступа к указаным файлам, проверте сущетсвуют ли они вобще
насколько я знаю в centos как и во всех наверно rad hat файл с конфигом в /etc/icecast.xml

Вот так пишет:

[icecast@]$ icecast -b -c /etc/icecast.xml

[icecast@]$ Server startup failed. Exiting

А после запуска ices пишет, хотя в конфиге ices'a у меня прописан ip сервера и порт 8006
