In many cases, broadcasting music is a copyright infringement, and thus also an infringement of our Terms of Use (§4, Section II).

There are certain exceptions: for example, if you properly licensed the music, or if it's your own music. Also, more and more music on the web is offered under friendly licenses such as Creative Commons (see the Wikipedia Article on Podsafe music), or Jamendo for a lot of free and good music.

Please let us know in advance, if you intend to play such music, or leave a note describing the source of music in your channel description. Otherwise we may interrupt the transmission without any further notice.
